Contact form

When you write to us through the Contact page or at hi@lowcostfare.com, we process your details only to answer your query.

• email address,
• optional name,
• message text and category,
• relevant page or offer context (without unnecessary internal details),
• resolution status and technical anti-abuse metadata (hashed, never raw IP).

We do not use these details for marketing or newsletters. Consent in the contact form does not mean consent to receive news.

After resolving a message, we delete or anonymise it within about 12 months. We keep technical anti-abuse metadata for no more than 30–90 days.

You can request deletion at hi@lowcostfare.com. We do not sell personal data.

Recent searches in your browser

To make repeat searches easier, LowCostFare may locally remember the settings of your most recent valid search and several recent routes in this browser. This data stays on your device, is not sent to our servers as part of this memory, and stops being used after about 90 days. We retain result filters only for the browser session.

We do not store search results, prices, purchase links or sensitive account data this way. The feature works without signing in. Connecting it to cross-device sync for signed-in accounts would be a future extension, not part of the current behaviour.

Accounts

If you create an account, we process your email, preferences and saved journeys under the registration terms. Public search works without an account.

Operational statistics and optional analytics

To monitor our service, we may store aggregate counts of searches, API calls and partner redirects by day, provider and routes from our registry for up to 90 days. These aggregates contain no IP addresses, account identifiers, free-text addresses, travel dates or booking tokens. A click is not a confirmed booking.

When Google Analytics measurement is enabled, it loads only after your consent in Analytics settings. It measures visits, active engagement and search usage. Google may process cookie identifiers and browser/device information; this is not fully anonymous measurement. We do not send form contents, complete results URLs or account details.

You can decline or change your choice using Analytics settings without limiting your searches. Your choice is remembered in this browser for 180 days; GA cookies are set for at most 180 days. Withdrawal disables further measurement and removes accessible GA cookies in this browser. Withdrawal alone does not delete data already sent to Google.
